Weight issues have always been confusing for teens, but these days it is even worse for many boys and girls to maintain a healthy concept of their bodies and make healthy decisions. Teens are obsessed with the world of celebrities, where rail thin has been in for some time. Not only do teens have to deal with peer pressure to lose weight, but growing numbers are falling prey to serious eating disorders such as bulimia and anorexia.
